Rental/Sample Pulls Contract

1) Sample pulls are for the sole purpose of styling various clients for rentals, purchases, or in some cases pulled for loan purposes. 

2) 50% rental fee for garment pulls with a 14 day return policy, unless discussed otherwise or verbal agreement is reached. 

3) The items must be returned in the same condition in which they are received by the specific return date. 

4) A copy of the publication, online source, social media, or television which the items will be used and will be sent to Steven Vega via email. 

5) As security, Steven Vega will take a credit card number. Any lost items will be invoiced accordingly at full value to the credit card. Damage coverage varies from $200 to $1000 depending on the level of damage to the items returned.
